Billy is a member of the New Jersey Board of Realtors and the National Association of Expert Advisors.  Throughout his career, Billy has continued educating himself by attending countless hours of additional training and coursework to better assist his clients.  He holds CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), Certified Home Selling Advisor (CHSA), and Certified Home Buying Advisor (CHBA) designations.  After more than a decade in the business as a Real Estate Salesperson, Billy obtained his Real Estate Broker’s license in 2024 to help him provide even more value to his clients.   

His years of hard work, dedication, and service to his clients have helped him receive an NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award 8 years in a row from 2016 to 2023.  He’s also received multiple RE/MAX Executive Club and 100% Club Awards, and is a recent RE/MAX Hall of Fame award winner, too.  Billy has the education and training to help home buyers and sellers achieve their goals in today’s fast-paced and ever-changing market and with hundreds of homes sold, he has the experience too!  His business is focused in South Jersey, where he was born, raised, and is now raising a family of his own.
